    Quiet Time Ministries~Refunds and Cancellation Policy

    1. REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Quiet Time Ministries accepts the return of most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective item. If your return is not the result of our error, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of that returned or exchanged item. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Items that are used or returned more than 30 days after delivery may be eligible for partial refund. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Please see QTM~Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions.
    2. CANCELLATIONS: Quiet Time Ministries receives requests for cancellation of orders only by calling our offices at 1-800-925-6458 and speaking with a QTM~representative. QTM does not accept requests for cancellation of orders by email.
    3. EXCHANGES: If you received a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, please call our offices at 1-800-925-6458 to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, you must return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
    4. RETURN ADDRESS: Please send all returns and exchanges to our mailing address: Quiet Time Ministries, P.O. Box 14007, Palm Desert, CA 92255.
    5. ORDER PROBLEMS: Problems such as 'missing items,' 'order changes prior to shipping,' order cancellations prior to shipping,' 'defective items,' 'incorrect items,' and 'order status' are handled directly by our offices at 1-800-925-6458.
